Equipment for paper waste disposal (stripping tools)

In 2015, we mastered the technology of manufacturing equipment for paper waste disposal in the production of die-cutting on automatic die-cutting presses, which are equipped with a special section. This technology allows you to increase productivity when processing products after die-cutting, which significantly saves man – hours due to the absence of the need for manual waste disposal.

The principle of operation of such equipment is similar to the principle of operation of the punch-matrix pair. Waste from the die-cut sheet is “pushed” by the upper mold through the lower mold and removed from the cut sheet.
